Requests when staying
For the comfort of our guests, the entire hotel is non-smoking.
If you smoke in the room, ask a contractor to deodorize it,
¥25,000~¥74,000 will be charged.
In addition, since we cannot accept guests while deodorizing work is being done, we will ask you to pay for the number of days it takes for cleaning as compensation.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Our hotel is self check-in
Our hotel "Jing House Akihabara" is a self check-in unlike a general hotel.
Therefore, there is no check-in procedure at the front desk.
We will send you an email from the hotel the day before your stay.
If you show the ID card of all the guests from that email, we will tell you the number key for the customer's private door from our hotel.
Presenting this ID will be part of the check-in process,
Other than that, there are no special procedures to be performed.
In addition, it is possible to store only luggage on the day of check-in from 11:00. (free)
Check-in is usually at 16:00, but if you wish to check-in earlier than that, we charge 1,000 yen per hour. (*Advance contact required)
Also, room cleaning may not be finished depending on the time and date.
Please note that advance check-in is not possible in that case.
If you wish to check-in early, please be sure to contact us by the day before.
If you would like additional cleaning
Since our hotel is a simple hotel, there is no cleaning during consecutive nights.
If you would like additional cleaning, a separate cleaning fee will be charged.
In addition to cleaning the entire room, we also accept requests to change only bath towels and sheets.

About our hotel facilities
1st floor
The first floor space is the breakfast venue from 7:30 to 9:30, and the staff room from 10:00 to 19:00.
Depending on the day, we also rent out as a rental space.
The first floor is not a lounge space, so if you want to use it, you will be charged separately.
For use of the washing machine and various inquiries, please contact the staff on the 1st floor.
※In rare cases, the staff may not be out or may not be able to enter the first floor space.
In that case, please contact the hotel by phone or email.
About trash cans in the facility
Trash cans are installed in the shared areas on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
The 2nd floor trash can is located on the right side of the 2nd floor aisle.
Garbage bins for bottles, cans, and PET bottles are located at the washbasin in the back.
On the 3rd floor, under the washbasin, in the middle of the aisle
Burnable garbage, bottles, cans, and plastic bottles are provided separately.
How to take out garbage
1. Please separate the garbage as it is and throw it in the trash can in the shared area.
2. Throw away the pink trash bag in each room, tie the bag, and throw it in the shared trash can.
There is a spare bag in the pink trash can.
